Shipping and Delivery Policy
When will i receive my order?
Once an order has been placed, it typically take 1-7 business days to fulfill the order. Typical estimated shipping times are below:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

Due to these unprecedented circumstances that we are all experiencing right now, fulfilment times may take longer than normal due to supply chain issues. We are working around the clock with our manufacturing partners to ensure there is minimal disruption to our order fulfilment process.
Until global supply and distribution returns to pre-pandemic, levels we ask that you add additional time to the estimated shipping times as stated below.
Will there be a customs charge added to my order?
On international orders, its possible that a tax and customs fee may be added to your order. This fee is set at the discretion of your local customs tax office and is something we have no control over. To find out if taxes and duties costs will be added to your order, please contact your local customs office directly and find out if they apply additional costs.
My order hasn't arrived, what steps should I take next?
Please carry out the following steps before getting in touch with us:
● Look for any mistakes in the shipping address confirmation email
● Check with your local post office to see if they have your package
● Ask around local neighbors to see if the package has been dropped off to them
Once all the above has been carried out and you still don't have your package, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and please ensure you have your order number at hand.
A replacement order can be sent if there was a mistake in the delivery address but full shipping costs will have to be paid by the customer.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a full tracking link. Any questions about your order tracking please email email@example.com.
If my item is the wrong one or damaged, what should I do?
If your product has arrived damaged or defected, please accept our sincere apologies and we will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
Please help us resolve the issue by sending photos of the damaged or defected product within a weeks time of receiving the product along with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once we have received the correct information, we will contact you in order to find a suitable resolution.
Do you have a returns policy?
If there is an issue with your order please email@example.com. We do not offer exchanges or returns on our products.
What your refund policy?
If you have received a damaged or wrong item, a refund will be offered at the request o the customer. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the wrong/defected item and we will sort out the refund for you.
What if I want to change the color/size of my item?
We currently do not offer exchanges on items for size and color reasons. Please check each product description carefully as each product contains its own size chart and our sizes are currently set as default European Union sizes, which differs from US sizes.
In the rare event of an order being mislabelled regarding sizes, please contact email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will send a new product out to you or issue a refund at your request. Please include photos and your order number of the mislabelled product
