Thank you for choosing Discreet Victory! We aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with every purchase. Please read our return policy for details on returns, exchanges, and claims.
Returns and Claims
- Defective/Damaged Items: Claims for misprinted, defective, or damaged items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your product. We will cover any returns for issues that are our responsibility.
- Lost Packages: If a package is lost in transit, submit a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
- Problem Reporting: If you notice any issues with your order, please submit a problem report to help us resolve the situation promptly.
Return Shipping Address
- Return Facility: By default, returns are directed to Discreet Victory's facility. Once a return is received, you’ll receive an automated email notification. Any unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.
- Before Submitting a Return: Please email support @discreetvictory.com to arrange the most suitable return location based on your location.
Special Cases
- Incorrect Address: If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Once an updated address is confirmed, you’ll be responsible for any reshipment costs.
- Unclaimed Shipments: If a shipment is unclaimed, it will be returned to our facility. You are responsible for reshipment costs.
Restrictions on Returns
- Returns for Buyer’s Remorse: We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse. Returns for other reasons or size exchanges are at your discretion and expense. If a size exchange is needed, you would place a new order for the replacement size at your cost.
International and EU Consumer Rights
- Brazil: Brazilian customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product by contacting Customer Service. Refunds will depend on item condition.
- EU Consumers: As per Directive 2011/83/EU, personalized goods or unsealed items that cannot be returned for health/hygiene reasons are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
